Web design

I started web design using drag ‘n drop interfaces in 1999. I started to hand code websites using HTML, CSS and JavaScript shortly after and have created dozens of sites over the years. I use Photoshop for image creation and editing. I can create almost any front end interface that you need whether that’s integrating secure video chat, animations or images.

Web development

I began web development in 2002. I primarily use Java for server side coding and business logic. Data is stored in MySQL databases which are fast, secure and efficient due to the Java security frameworks I integrate into the server code. I’ve integrated several payment systems including white labling PayPal and Stripe so that your customers are unaware of the payment processor, even obsficating the transaction in their bank statement if necessary. I have worked on the payment systems for Lothian Buses and the Via ticketing system used by the Edinburgh Fringe.
